Not less than $300 but not more than $2000.
Six months in jail or both.
Forfeiture of animals and inability to own animals for a period of 5 years.

Quarantine violation or animal bite

Mandatory $50 fine and seizure of pet to be boarded (acquired cost responsibility of owner).
